I love the entire team. Even the young lady at the front desk of the service department is great. Malcolm was so welcoming. He recommended a shuttle service so I took the shuttle with Zach to get food. Zach was so welcoming as well. The overall experience was great.
Definitely a customer for life. Friendly people. Good work. Only problem - they still don't have their coffee machine up and running after Covid!!!!!
Must move this along. Great service! Especially John Hawkins!! My adviser, Sam Wu was friendly and helpful. He did not pressure me to do maintenance that I thought could wait. He updated me throughout the day. Nothing but problems since I ed on the dotted line!
My customer service experience was excellent and totally enhanced by service advisor Sam Wu. He said the service would take 2 hours and it was done within that time period. Additionally, he served me a cup of tea. The service at Mercedes Benz in Hunt Valley is always excellent. This time I had to wait before the technician took my car in? Also I had to wait more than I expected to have my vehicle back.
John at service was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure everything is done right. Thank you for a great experience. Had a really good experience buying my mercedes here!
Eman was very helpful and knowledgable and provided me with different options, and I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley was awesome, satifying, and glorifying! I look forward to going back there to complete the service work they already started. Great job! Loved the Mercedes Gla that I purchased, however as my family grew I traded it in. ed and went into dealership to submit all paperwork for trade in to receive my money from GAP through Autonation to Rene Javois in January he didn't submit it.
He hasn't returned any calls. Went back in to talk to manager Jim Abrect who assured me that he would talk to Rene and cc me all of the informationstill nothing, Left a message for manager Bob White still no return call.
They will gladly take your money but won't help with anything else, I contacted Safeguard on my own. Preston, Bob, and Jim were great to work with. Preston explained everything in detail and shared many options. The gentleman in finance was very thorough and personable. A great experience. I will happily recommend Hunt Valley Mercedes to anyone. Everything went very smoothly. Checked in, got a loaner car, four r hours later I was back in my car, washed and on the road. Very good! Great service and they took the time to make sure every detail was serviced and completed to a perfect service.
Thank you guys. My car is like brand new again. Absolutely great experience. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive salespersons. You purchase at your will. I rated this a four star only because of the service personnel who were very good My other major problem is that I have an Autonation extended warranty, at ificant cost, and needed new tie rod ends and it took a couple of days to get approval for the repairs and then would only reimburse to a predetermined level with me having to pickup the difference. I bought this product because this dealership is owned by Autonation so should be no problems in getting it honored.
I think they need to step and honor the needs particularly when it is from one of their own dealers. Not true and be warned! Malcolm my advisor was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them too anyone who owns a Mercedes Benz. Ridgely is the best in the biz and beast in the east! I highly recommend Ridge for all of your inquiries because he was excellent for me from day 1 to the day my current vehicle was picked up and the new vehicle was dropped off. He quickly responded when initially contacted and presented a variety of car options for me and was extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

Repairs were done in timely manner and vehicle was washed and wiped down. Very good service in timely manner very happy they gave me an appointment convenient to me and took care of my service.
It was great everyone was friendly and the place was organized. My visit to the Cockeysville, MD service manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable on services that I did not know about. I am becoming increasingly concerned about my purchase. I've received conflicting information from various associates related to a tax shortfall one noted he'd recieved a notice from PennDOT I continue to ask for a copy of said correspondence only to be presented with copies of their paperwork nothing from PennDOT that there was a shortfall and another stated the process still needs to begin.
Prior to being finalized Sales and Finance reviewed the terms and paperwork with a fine tooth comb assuring me that they worked with PA residents on a consistent basis. I would assume that includes correctly calculating taxes, tags, fees registration etc. I trusted the process and financed based on the final s I was provided.
Now there is an error and I am being asked to be fully responsible for their mistakes. Despite my having reached out multiple times for t resolution I am still awaiting resolution. But they have sent me a survey request on multiple occasions:. The Service Advisor was very polite, courteous, professional and helpful. The car was not however clean when returned. Very good customer service!
I do recommend. I was very impressed with their customer services. Quality and cost also are very impressive. Excellent Service! Quality interaction with Service Advisor. Provided repair estimate as part of no charge vehicle inspection.
No pressure. Nice waiting lounge with free coffee, beverages and pastries. All facilities clean with comfortable and high quality seating. Would rate 5 stars when construction is complete. I am so thankful I had Sam from Hunt Valley to assist me he made sure I was ok the entire time my vehicle was there he made sure he could do everything in his power to make sure I was accommodated. Thanks Sam and thanks Hunt Valley for having a wonderful person at your facility. Malcolm was ased to my car. He was awesome. Did a great job working with my insurance company, being patient but attentive, and super responsive.
